Ralph Joseph Youth Leadership Class 23 has been selected and will begin the program August 7, 2017 with the Orientation and Community Assessment Class. The sixteen youth selected and their respective schools are:

The participants will attend sessions on Communications, Etiquette, Decision Making, Personality Assessment, ExCEL challenge, Diversity and complete a community service project. Resource people from the community donate time and talents to conduct the sessions; schools provide meeting rooms and support for the community service projects; individuals, businesses and industry provide monetary support and the youth leadership committee conduct the program. Past graduates are encouraged to become re-involved with the program.
